Nope, you can not call ",,,," in android device.

Only numbers and *#+ characters.

Yes, android can dial "," and ";" take a look at the options at the down at the right corner:
insert wait = ;
insert pause = ,
What I need to know is hot to send this commands using the apperyio applicattion!
