OK - I used a proxy, and that removed the error in the console. But the push notification still isn't being deleted.
The test area of the service in the app builder shows the following error: 
Please share (http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...) your app with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a and provide us with it's name
I have shared with support. App name is parkingClub
