I use "echo mode" for my rarely changing json data. I thought "echo mode" can be easily used when the device is offline. But when I run the app on a mobile (Android) without Internet connection I get just white screen with the loader image and nothing gets populated with the data from "echo". Am I doing something wrong or "echo mode" cannot be used while device is offline?

When you use echo in service, it doesn't access the Internet, only returns data from echo. Does it work with Internet connection enabled? Do you add any external resources (like js, css, images, Google map).
Are there any errors in console?
What device you use for testing?
Yes, it works with Internet connection enabled.
Hmmm... Yes, I add some external resources (not related to this echo) - you think it may cause the app to "hang up"? I'll check and let you know.

Yes, sorry for bothering and thank you for the tip - it was a false alarm with echo not working. I had some external .js to load and it was the place were it stuck
