Proxy 411 Error

I reinstalled the plugin. It works fine in the testing, but not in the test app with the proxy on (still get 411 error). Is the problem on the proxy side?

Hello! Sorry for a late reply. Yes, you're right. Could you give us steps to reproduce?
When running the app with the proxy on for the Twilio Services, click a child name and click a notify message. It'll send you the 411 error.
