Hello!

Thank you for updates. We were going to test this issue on iPad, but as you mentioned it worked on iPad. Unfortunately we don't have iPod touch to test.
Does the workaround work for you?

No, the carousel is not functional on the iPod touch. Once you invoke the service the characters in the controls are not readable. It looks like someone took a typewriter and types different characters in the same spot.

As I said it works just fine on iPad and iPhone.

The person who does the Android testing just said it is doing the same thing on an Android phone. I will send image of that as well.

it is as though multiple records were being displayed on the same frame.

It is a bug which is fixed already on our test environment. Should be fixed on production on April 13.
