I have cleared all cache and this error is still coming for all images.

Hi Bhagat,

We can't see shared app with name "Monsanto".

But there is some with name "Investory Scanner". So we tested it.

Result described below:
ol
liOpen Media Manager. http://prntscr.com/36i1np/direct/li

liOpen "Upload file" and drop files into the container. File uploaded successfully. http://prntscr.com/36i2dm/direct/li

liGo back to the Media Manager and see it: http://prntscr.com/36i3eb/direct/li

It looks like all works fine.

Please try to upload files from other browser.
