In tab Source (WEB RESOURCES) there is edited file StartScreen.html (blue color). That is why changes in UI builder don't display in preview: http://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials/...
You should restore this file as it's shown here:

Thanks. This did not work. After resetting, the file remained blue in colour and the preview remains unchanged (and inaccurate).

Unfortunately I have had to scrap that development and start again.

If you still have that app, you need to delete edited (blue colored files) and click Undo all source changes.
