Im struggling to create an event reminder service myself. Just a simple reminder that pops up at a set time just like a diary reminder. how is this done please?

just to check:

I've just tried including it in a test project and doesnt' seem to work, not entirely sure appery is doing anything with the .java file I included but also the .js file is referncing a cordova object which appery doesnt seem to expose (dont even know if that is a valid object on phonegap now).

any comments?

Hi there. My colleague tried it on a test app but it didnt work. thosewere his words i was passing on. i tried it last week but i got confused part way in to the process (but im only learning).
so i suppose the questions are..

• Is appery is doing anything with the .java file he included?
• is the cordova object which appery doesnt seem to expose a valid object on phonegap now?
• is there a better way / easier way or creating a diary / event reminder page that you can think of?

You can add plugin on Source tab (add java file, edit xml, etc.)
