How to access the photo gallery on the device

I am trying to use the Camera Service with SourceType = Photolibrary, however I cannot change the value of SourceType.

My sourcetype should actually be both camera and Photolibrary. I need to give the user options.

Please advise.

This is not possible in Settings, you should be able to change it in mapping.
