Hi,

1) You can delete a page, not the whole app.
2) Panel size can be changed in developer console (see screenshot).
3) What browser do you use? What version? Did you try clearing browser cache? Another browser?

I used chrome, safari and firefox, cleared all cache, restart com. I dont see any screen shot attached here...

Sorry for lost screenshot, here it is.
You may use search button (magnifier colored in yellow on first screenshot) for searching items on a page.
You may also try to change Predefined Screen Size (second screenshot). But would you mind to clarify what problem do you have. Please check if there are any errors in developer console (in app builder, not in preview)? Did you clear appcache? (In Chrome it is here: chrome://appcache-internals/)
