Please tell us in detail where we can see the issue.
When I click 'get your answer now!' I'm navigated to another page that offers to input more. Not sure I fully understand the logic. Could you please explain how it should work?

First page include GA snippet and when page was load. GA must tracking user info and send to google analytics but it isn't work.

Please try replacingpredocument.getElementsByTagName/prewith a selector by id to select a specific script tag.
