I've just tested your app on iPad (iOS 7.1) and was able to install app through iTunes. Could you clarify what is your iTunes version?

iTouch & iPhone 4 both with 7.1 using 2 different computers both using the latest iTunes.

I'll wipe the iTouch and start over and see what happens.

NO I wiped and cleaned the iPod touch. Removed everything from iTunes.

The app get's synced and put on the iPod. Then when I tap the icon it goes to "installed..." and will sit there for up to 30 minutes before timing out.

Still can not get the IPA to install on any of our Apple devices here. I e-mailed you what you asked for but never heard back.

Is there step by step instructions on how install the IPA onto an Apple device? With proper settings needed.
