You have Starter Plan, right? Do you already have another application? You have a limit. Probably this is the point.

Yes, I am trying to restore the backup from the starter plan on a standard plan that we paid for earlier. Should I rather just start over on the standard plan?

Not sure I fully understand you.
If you already have a project on your Starter Plan then you cannot create another app there.
Could you please try to restore the app from backup using a Standard Plan if you have one?
Or you can save a backup of the existing app on Starter Plan in case you need it. Then delete it and try to restore the backup.
No, you don't understand. I know I cannot restore the app to a new one on my starter plan. We paid for a standard plan earlier on a different email address. I am trying to restore the app from my starter plan on the new account, but I keep getting errors
Hello! I've just tried backup you sent at a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a in Firefox and was not able to reproduce it. Do you have the same problem with any other backup? What is your Chrome version? Could you clear cache and try again?
My version of Chrome is Version 31.0.1650.48 m.
I have cleared all browser cache and retried, same problem.
Updated Chrome to Version 31.0.1650.57 m, same problem.
