That's just how the browsers on these mobile OS display the HTML5 audio element.

I tried the app on Android 3.2.5 and it worked. It might be the specific Android version you are running (because it works on my Android and iOS). Do you know what it the exact version you have?
android 2.3.3
do u know any phone which has 3.2.5
Personally, no.
It has to be this specific version as it works on Android 2.3.5 and iOS.
