I got it to work, It appears that I cannot have more than 3 or 4 screens open at a time. I still have to refresh my browser after pulling up the page but at least it works

Not in the editors console. Just the "loading awsome stuff" message and the progress bar. The javascript console

We couldn't reproduce it. You can refresh the page ignoring cache on Ctrl+F5.
Also open F12 - Network tab to see if all the resources are loaded.
