When you run the page, go to Network, select the request and see what message you get back from Salesforce.

I'm not able go sign in into your app. The Salesforce authorization URL is https://test.salesforce.com -- are you sure that's the correct URL?

Its a sandbox so thats the usual url? Presume thats correct as it lets me login ok.

I wasn't able to sign in. I had no problems signing into developer.salesforce.com.
