Hi Denise,

We couldn't test this - it's not available on any device for us.
Please share your project with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a and tell us its name.

Hi Denise,

Could you please send us to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a exactly that APK file you cannot install?

Please tell us in detail what is the problem there. Are there any issues inside the app or you cannot install it at all?

The app works for us.

Thanks I did follow those steps and now have this error
Upload failed

You uploaded an APK that is signed with a different certificate to your previous APKs. You must use the same certificate. Your existing APKs are signed with the certificate(s) with fingerprint(s):

[ SHA1: 3C:40:92:69:5D:CC:00:86:B5:80:88:54:63:6F:19:99:C2:63:53:92 ]

and the certificate(s) used to sign the APK you uploaded have fingerprint(s):

[ SHA1: 8D:BD:B7:F3:F5:EB:49:7F:A2:09:AD:EF:96:D6:6E:14:D7:87:A7:F8 ]

I didn't change anything other than the Target SDK version?

Hello! Could you clarify do you use your own or autogenerated certificate?
