How to embed images stored in my app into an email using SendGrid?

I looked into this a while ago. I wanted the user to take a photo then e-mail that photo to me. I learned that sendgrid FREE account does not let image attachments. You can have the APP upload the file to the database then send a link or filename. Sorry I moved on from that and never got it to work.

just to add,
same problem with embedded images, most browers will not display them, for me the only person who needed to see the embedded image is the app owner and he can do this if he reads the sent email on an iphone or ipad, as I learned ios is the only browser to allow embedded images

Im expanding the musical Shop instruments APP using the new model and storage...I customize this app to sell fitness apparel...

So, when a customer buys something, the app sends me an email with the total price, the size, customer data (to deliver), and what is important, the image of the selected product.

As I said, I need to embed images or send them as attachments,,,,but not links...

Still waiting for the answer of appery developers ..

I have manage to add example to attach a text file, but what I really need is to attach an image...

In the next screen shot I replace the content var with the URL, and the type to image/jpg

I got the email with the file attached but the image didnt open..

Can you help me?
