Hi Katya, we can't remove the proxy as the app it's already in the Google and Iphone Markets. Making any modifications on the app would mean having to go through the process of updating the app in the the markets, and after that asking our clients to update the app.
I'm sorry but it's too much for an error that Appery has provoked, we can't take that as a solution for this issue. Everything has been working fine for months until Appery's system last update.
Please we need to get our services and app restored as it was before last Appery's update and we need it to be done ASAP as our business is at risk at the moment.
We've had no news from support staff since yesterday. This situation is not acceptable.Please update us on the state of this issue as we also need to inform our clients.
