Smart-loading the Javascript

Is there a place in the new HTML 5 to add Javascript? I would like to add some.

Could this work? I continue to struggle mapping the RSS feed. I had it working at one time and not anymore.
I can use Javascript above to create an RSS feed.
What exactly doesn't work when you map the service?
I am able to get it to the test it module, but just don't come over when I attempt to make it. I had it and then took away the text and that made it not work.

I'm sorry, I don't understand this...
It works in test model, but won't work when I map it.

I will. I have it working, but I can't get it to allow someone to click over and see the rest of it.
