Sorry, we cannot login under Administrator/admin.
We can test this on device in several hours only.
For now, please double check the credentials and app name.
Probably we run another app.
I just sent you a 2 part VIDEO showing you it logs in and pulls up a record in Android and sends a picture.
Mike, as system doesn't allow to receive large files, please store them in Dropbox, for example, and send us links.
I sent 3 videos via Drop box... I hope its enough.

Hello! Sorry for delay. I've sent you email directly. Looks like there is some problem with your service.
Adrian might chime in here. -- hold on.
The application works on Android devices,
On Iphone different services works as well,
The problem occurs with the service that does not fire at all on Iphone.
Same service works using Android.
Device service uses now POST method to send the picture; it is configured standard with APPERY as described into documentation.
The difference within this device service is the BODY message length.
Please advice if there are any headers needed from the server for this request type that are required when IPHON is used.
The server have no problem to accept all types of messages (POST,PUT,GET,DELETE,OPTIONS).

I can give you team viewer access to the server if you need it. Sadly its my laptop so I can set up another test machine if I need to.
