DOWNGRADE Xcode to the version 5.0.1 (download from app dev Member Center) you can do successful build even if your testing device is iOS 7.1. The app will then run fine - at least it was in my case.

My app was not running in 5.0.1 with iOS7.1
Did you upgrade your Xcode to 5.1? If not then it will not allow you to use iOS7.1 device for development. So the steps are:
1) upgrade your device to iOS7.1
2) upgrade your Xcode to 5.1 (it will let you use your device for dev but will throw the errors)
3) downgrade Xcode to 5.0.1
4) do your build
I can't guarantee that it will work in all cases but at least two were successful.

I an not able to find " build flags and remove '-force_load /libCordova.a. "
Ishani you do not need to touch these flags. Even if you remove them and do succesfull build (it is not easy since more flags appear after removing the first one) the app will not run on your device.
Just try the steps I suggested and see if it works.
thats right,,,It worked for me 2 times,,,then xcode doesn ́t recognized my iphone...I ́m upgrading now to xcode 5.1 =(
Did you try to open and close Xcode? Sometimes it does not recognizes valid devices and reopening helps.
yes....But If I connect ipad with iOS 7.0.6 its always recognized (green led next to it) and for my iphone this light is yellow...
Ok. So looks like Appery dev and support has to come into play...
