ok thanks, I figured I may have challenged you, but it's clear you can't meet the challenge. Sadly, support isn't what it was when I started in technology at 17 and i'm 40, i blame one man miss and that's bill gates. When I did support, and still do, when a customer asked, we answered and solved in that one call, typically, yes Ms. Brodina, there was such a time.

Seems like the dinasaur ages huh, now with blogs, and cell phones no one answers. ... how could we be beat right.

Ok, in the service for both the REST and GEOLocation service are grayed out fixed values, so in your statement #3 you indicate the service and the mapping which actually exist on the page that uses the service.

In that I am not seeing this mapping? Image

If you are new to mobile app development, I highly recommend first to try a number of our step-by-step tutorials: http://docs.tiggzi.com/tutorials. Steps 3-6 are described in almost very one of them.

As for support, we got one of the best support teams out there. The forum and email are monitored 24/7 and you will always get a fast response.

A service instance is added to a page and then mapped to the page. It's the same for every service. Everything is described here: http://docs.tiggzi.com

Thank you Max I am sure that you are, but i asked a basic question according to your reply, and it's been all day and i still don't have it working. Either I am a complete moron, which some would say i am, or i am not. In this case I've spent all the time going through the tutorials (yesterday, the day before last night, etc), as would be seen by my design and the fact that I asked specific questions about a specific fucntion, but it seems that you failed to recognize that the first time i asked 8 hours ago, "so" i don't know sir.

Here we are 8:25 at night vegas time and we are back to tutorials and not a solution, so again i question your remark about being the best. The best would have cut through this and recognized and had helped and given me the solution sir.

I am just saying. OK i will figure this out myself. You may close this unsolved issue because frankly i am tired of talking about it and asking for a solution that's never going to come. Good day. What is our money back policy if we choose to cancel? Thanks.
