the problem is - that the lowest setting won't work. After the last update - the SDK's used by Appery - changes - and the app can't be placed on the store.

I have checked this with our development team and I was informed that we didn't changed anything in our latest release concerning Android SDK versions. Perhaps you have published that version from your local environment.
