Ok, this is working on the phone now, thank you for pointing that out. I have never had problems with the appery.io tester until now though?

Hello Deon! Could you clarify what is your Libraries version (check in App Settings--External resources). If it's set to 1.1 barcode won't work in tester (because in tester another PhoneGap version).
