Can you check the date format in collection field and in the pet_birth are the same?

I gave you access to the app earlier if you want to look. I'm not sure what you meant by collection field. I'm still pretty new to most of this.

The was incorrect maping in pet_birth field.
I changed from Date format to Date value.

I'll emulate your change on the other services that are no longer working. Not sure how that got switched on all of my services since they worked before today.
Either way thank you for finding the issue! I'm off to bed now, it's after 1AM here. Thanks for sticking through it with me!
