I have signed-in completely. I see this promblem. Sorry, but I can't see you DB CarAngelV1 as shared with support. Could you check it?
Also please show us screenshot with correct data in this DB. Does it keep correct data? How do you add data to the DB?

down the page and check sharing tumbler

Take a look at my screenshot: the tumbler is green with the word "ON" inside.

Do you mean it must be grey as in your screenshot?
