I'm having the same issue now. It was working perfectly earlier today. The only change related to push I've made since then was adding Android sender ID and API key in push settings.
To clarify though, I'd been sending push notifications to an iPhone. Each install of the app has registered the device, except for the latest.

Also please clarify, what exactly have you tried from this post, show us screen shots.
I followed that tutorial to the letter initially - that's how I got the push notifications working.
As described above, it's now stopped working.
Make sure that last changes you've made in Push Settings has been applied to your app correctly, for doing this you can delete all certificates/provision profile and API key/IDs connect them again and save changes.
Add Push initialize, Push registration success/fail events with alert into your app and re-build your binary package and check what are you getting on this events invocations?
