App working on desktop browser but not from mobile browsers - safari and android

I am having the same problem, but I do not have the luxury of recreating my app.
I have tested it with an iPad3 and and iPhone 4S. Also, the app does not work in safari on my desktop, but works just fine in chrome on the same desktop.

What version of the iOS was on the devices and the version of Safari?
Yes, I am using REST. iOS ver 6.1.3
Also can you tell the version of Safari on your computer?

Any update to this thread? I'm having a similar problem... app works fine in Chrome but not in Safari nor in a native app downloaded through xcode.
