Could you try changing Target SDK version in App Settings--Android Binary to 4.2.x?

actually have the same error always y tried changing diferent versions of sdk but still the same error.

hi to update the post, allready find the error, it seems that a permission won't modify from the source, the problem was fixed by doing a backup of the proyect and then restore it with a diferent name.
