The only way is to check if your plugins are connected correctly.
Before library 2.1 we had less strict rules how to integrate plugins in the project.

We are very sorry for the radio silence here. In fact, unfortunately plugins are outside the scope of our support, but could you please share your app with support, tell us its name and steps to reproduce the issue, perhaps we could suggest something.
Evgene, thanks for following up. I did submit a ticket to the appery support team but they replied back they are unable to troubleshoot 3rd party plugins. My app is shared is the support team and I provided the project id and guid.

Unfortunately in this case we can't help in debugging of your app, because the reason of the issue is definitely in the plugin.
