In service settings, what do you have for Data Type?

In the REST Service properties I set the data type = json

I was also getting the error. I signed out, signed in back and it worked. If it still doesn't work for you, create the response structure manually:

If feels like when you copy from: https://getsatisfaction.com/tiggzi/to... -- some invalid character is copied.

Take the JSON response and enter it into: http://jsonlint.com/. It's valid and it will also format it. Copy the response and use in Tiggzi -- it seems to work.

Copy and paste should now work straight into the Echo editor.
