1) I am not installing the app, I am opening it using the url and the code repository is on the appery server. I tried w/o appery proxy services and it did not work.
2) When I refresh the url- my data from the app disappears. The steps to reproduce:
Click on Menu from HomePage
Click on tickets or knowledge, a list view will appear
refresh the url and see if the data is there
3) Regarding the images: These images are loading because the urls are public urls. However, if I use the url for the images which are there in Media Manager, the images appear only in desktop browser, not on the mobile browser.Also, I will really appreciate if you could remove the snapshot.
