Hello Maryna,

1) I am not installing the app, I am opening it using the url and the code repository is on the appery server. I tried w/o appery proxy services and it did not work.
2) When I refresh the url- my data from the app disappears. The steps to reproduce:

• Click on Menu from HomePage

• Click on tickets or knowledge, a list view will appear

• refresh the url and see if the data is there
  3) Regarding the images: These images are loading because the urls are public urls. However, if I use the url for the images which are there in Media Manager, the images appear only in desktop browser, not on the mobile browser.

  Also, I will really appreciate if you could remove the snapshot.

Please untick "Render all pages in one HTML file (jQuery Mobile multi-page template)" in App Settings.

If you refer to these snapshots:

In 1st snapshot, I logged in and the app works as expected.
In the 2nd snapshot, I refreshed the URL and all the data is gone.
Also, I unchecked Render all pages in one HTML file

Hi everybody.
I'm having the same problem.
I was building the very simple ToDo App mentioned in the tutorials.
the app is working fine on the PC Google Chrome browser. however, while i'm trying to use the app through an android browser, the to do list is being updated but cannot be seen on the screen.

could you clarify what device you use? In what browser on device you test? or you install app on device?

Hello Maryna, I am getting the list view on KNowledge Search. Everything is fine.
May be you need to login again to get the fresh session token.

Error while sending request: URL has incorrect format.
Does it work properly in a service Test tab?
