Dave, we restored DB with the latest release. Under restoring data we mean sending custom JS/CSS/theme. Unfortunately we can't send backup as it won't run on current environment. I checked your project and there is no custom assets. But there are other problems in you project which needs to be fixed manually (missing events on Data tab and 500 error on preview). Developers will take a look at your project, but unfortunately I don't have exact time frame...
Thanks after rollback everything came to normal. I checked out the new mapping and mvc they look good but maybe a flag for older projects to work with legacy way and then users move to the new environment gradually. It's like having 2 Appery.io workspaces
Like a directive in app settings : use new MVC and Mapping or keep legacy Mapping.
This also would help projects backups to be restored using the Legacy Feature. Then a Window of 6 months for people to migrate to new version. Also selecting users as beta testers for new features would be a nice approach. Just to help

Maryna: I have seem a few things that maybe help for rollout new versions and I willing to share with Appery.io team to help to maximize the Platform. As far the best one that I ever used and I think that the community should also help. It's not a free service but it's driven by human beings so for the rest: BE POLITE AND KIND AND HELP THINGS TO BE BETTER
Hello!
I have already replied here https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...
Upgrading apps automatically is very challenging because every app is different, and has custom logic. As an option, we are considering different app builder versions - your current app will open in the old app builder (until you manually upgrade). New apps will be created in the new app builder.
We are doing our best to make sure this situation won't happen again.

Yes that what I mean. Just that see people (customers) focusing in a problem that can happen in any platform rather than provide help to the rest of us and feedback Appery also. Nice work Appery, team
