There was a notification our our site. As it appears to be unnoticeable we reported the issue to make it more noticeable and avoid this in future.

There used to be something like a popup banner. When we expect a long maintenance we also post a notification in our blog. We'll make future notifications more noticeable so you will definitely see it.

The popup banner is fine for notifying logged in users about Development environment downtime. However, it is not the right way to notify of run-time environment downtime. It should be in the blog, and on your twitter feed.

Thank you for the suggestion! We already use blog notifications when release new Appery.io versions. We'll try to add such an important information to all feeds.
