Hi Illaya,
Deleted the blue folders for iOS and Android in source tab and did undo all source changes on the root directory. After that tried with new database by removing older database. Still, the device registered (push notification) is not working. Please advise.
Kind Note: There are some blue files under Web Resources folder in the source tab. If we delete this folder, all pages and the styles sheet will get lost? Is this folder too need to delete and undo all source changes?

No, you can leave 'WEB_RESOURCES' folder as is.
Share this app with us, we'll test it. And tell us the name of your app.
Check this link how to use share in Appery.io: https://devcenter.appery.io/documenta...

Hi Sithan -
We've checked your app and we see that you've made much custom modifications in your app and at this point it's very hard to say what could be causing this.

Illya,
Is it possible to narrow down the issue by doing the following?
a) Create a new app with the same cert, keys along with push notification db.
b) Export the source from current app and import them to this new app we've created.
Verify whether everything works?

In the new app - push notifications works correctly.
You can try implementing a 3rd party push notifications plugin in your app.
