Need help with csv import!

Ok.. I tested your spreadsheet and all worked perfect. Here is what I did.

  1. I exported your data as a CSV file

  2. Now select IMPORT to bring the data into the collection

    Image

  3. enter collection name and select the csv file saved in step 1

    Image

  4. Press IMPORT.

  5. Done... results below. you can see it added all the items (20 pages)

Ignore step 2 - it is a duplicate step and not required.

Worked for me too once I saved the file as .csv.

Ive tried the csv Mike sent back to me and I am still getting a server aborted error, it must be something on my side but I dont know what.

Ive also just tried it on my wifes laptop and I get the same error message.

Sigh, oh well these 'roadblocks' are sent to test us!

How long after you press import does it take until that message comes up? Could it be that his browser is timing out? Max?

Sorry Max... that question was for Graeme. I was wondering if it took a while for the error message to appear... which could mean his browser is timing out.
