Arnold,
Please go to App Settings- Android binary and set these icon images under Launch Images. They should be chosen here. Click browse and choose needed icon.
As I see you do not have image uploaded for size 960x720

Alena, I believe that this is for the splash screen. Initially I have put image on this but im still finalizing it. that is why it is empty. Anyway I tried your suggestion but still no Home Screen Icon...

Ok, I've finally got what you mean 
Sorry my misunderstanding.
This icon is not created when you install application from Appery.io directly, it should be possible when you install application from Play Store, please read online about this feature, as we know this also can depend on Android OS.
