I am having problem with barcode Scanner. When I click scan button it give me error "Sorry the Android camera encountered a problem. You may need to restart device" in Error Window and at the botttom of screen it says "Place a barcode inside the view finder rectangle to scan it". Can you help me resolve this problem. I want to scan barcode with my App. Please it is urgent. I will be very thankful to you.

My problem seems to have gone away with an upgrade to Android 5.1.1

What about if the device is not upgradable to 5.1.1? Using a LG with 4.4.2 it's reproducible

Hello - possibly you should look for the older version of Barcode Scanner plugin which will be compatible with Kit Kat.
