How to reproduce it? Where to go to upload file?
When you login go to the bottom and click on the 'Add Candidates to Req' button. On the next screen enter a candidate name (anything will do), then choose a requirement to submit to (any option from the dropdown), then click on the 'Select CV to upload against this requirement' and choose a .PDF file to submit. Then click on 'Upload Candidate and CV'. The process completes successfully and the files is uploaded into the Files collection. If you then go back to the Main Menu and click on the 'Review Candidates' button (top right) you can see a list of all candidates. If you find the candidate that you have just uploaded and click on the 'VIEW CV' you will get the error - 'File is damaged and could not be repaired Local\EWH-8676-0'. The only files it appears to accept are .TXT files. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me on resolving this issue.
