Hello, we will find what caused this.

Not sure if this helps, but it seems the only way that my app will load on my phone is if I am connected to wifi.

Could it be the APIs you are invoking are not supported over 3G? Does the app work when running in the browser?

Yes, it does work on my phones browser.

Also, when I open the app on my phone, I can see it load in the background behind the error message. But I cannot get past the message, and once I click okay it exits the app.

Looks like the same issue... we'll figure out what's happening.
