Hello!
Please check again if this device is added to provisioning profile. Please also go to settings-genetal-profiles and delete existing profiles (perhaps new profile is not added). When you install app on device, profile should be added back.

Hi,

I created a brand new provision file on Apple Dev center.
Uploaded the new provision file to Appery.
Added all possible sizes of icons in the top half (57x, 114x, 60x 120x, 76x 152x etc).
Created .ipa using Appery export.
A QR code was generated. Scanned the code. Emailed to self. changed http to https. emailed the code to the devices. Copy paste the QR link in Safari.
Works 100% on iPod 6.1.6.
on Ipad 7.0.6 - Installation clock goes around about 3/4 circle and then the icon stays dark/grey.
on ipad mini 7.1 - Gives the error, "Unable to download app". "AppName" could not be installed at this time".

Next step is to sync via itunes.

Yes, please try with iTunes.
Problem with installing using QR code will be fixed on April 13.

with itunes, the same issue. Here is what the final icons look like:

Please note that with itunes, I do not get any error message and whenever I tap on the icon on iPad, it starts to install again, and then darkens. As if the install is not finished.

One more issue ... on Android

When I download the app to android, it is unable to use / find the phone location using GeoLocation service. I have changed the variables "enable High Accuracy" to false and also increased the wait to a higher value.

Again works on ipod with geo location.
Not able to find the location on HTC running 4.1. (Please note the phone does not have any mobile service, only wifi and I am testing with wifi).

Here is a question (potential solution to above)?

I would assume you have to have a valid SSL certificate for the domain in question. We already did but I'd imagine you'll have issues without it.

I have not created a SSL certificate. I am going to now create SSL certificate, build my provision file again and try to test it again.

What do you think?

Hi - Probably could be a solution.

That's strange -- should be working with wi-fi only. If it's possible, can you share this test app with us, we'll test?

Still not working...

Here is what I have done now.
I deleted all apps, certificates and provision profiles from Apple Dev center.
created a brand new .certSigningRequest file and upload to AppDev.
created new app ID, and new provision profiles.
Loaded new values to the Appery app.
Exported .ipa and tried loading via itunes. Failed.
Expoerted html+ files for phonegap. Used phonegap to build .ipa.
Same result. Will not download the file or install it completely on iOS 7.1. The icon hangs on installing...

Have you add your devices to a new profiles?
