Yes it is uploaded and it was working properly, and suddenly only the default sound working.
My app name is "satha" and it is shared with you to check if you dont mind.

Please check the path to your custom sound, it is not correct

What is the correct path...? For android and the iPhone

source/CORDOVA/platforms/ios/platform_www/soundfilename.wav (for iOS) or source/CORDOVA/platforms/android/res/raw/soundfilename.wav (for Android)

If there is anything wrong in firebase Admin SDK, the default sound wouldn't be work also, but in my case the custom sound is not working while it was working fine before.

So please assist in investigate this issue in deep.
