yep ! that's what I am facing too.
code has vanished and have no clue about what was changed on Appery's side which has impact such code.
hopefully there will be some concern about client satisfaction, won't it ?
looking forward to getting it fixed up and receiving clear advice

OK. Looks like I'm another one. I loose the same mapping each time and I don't even have to have that screen open. Could be working on screen c and I find when I test it that mapping is gone from screen a. Have a copy in notepad for safe keeping.... Seems like its been happening just this week or so. Bob

Please share: http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat... your app with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a and provide us with the following information:
1) App name
2) Page and service names where this is reproduced
It is necessary for testing and bug fix if it is here.

Hi Sergiy. App is shared. Name is Time Sheets. Problem occurs on page scrLogin. First service is rstGetClients2 and it's on the success mapping of clients to the field label. Also on the same page the service rstGetHourTypes2 also the success mapping of hrstyp to label. Lastly on page scrEntry and service rstGetSirs it's the mapping of sirs to label.
All 3 are used in autocomplete jqueryUI fields. The one I've noticed mostly is the first one I mentioned - but it was also the first one I did.
I changed from using a data filter to autocomplete because it meant the page displayed about 30 seconds faster (now down to 1-2 seconds to load) on my phone. Testing on my laptop both methods are almost instant....

Hi. Just noticed that if I open the mapping and click cancel (not save) because I didn't change anything then the mapping disappears - BUT only for 1 field not the other 2. In fact if I open a mapping (any from any page) and click cancel the 3 mappings are deleted or I should say part deleted. Just 1 of the 3 lines in each case and always the same one. It's the one where I'm mapping an array (or array of objects) to a single field (not a list of some sort).
Hope this helps a bit...

Hello everyone,
Our developer are working on this issue right now.
As workaround for now if you open to see or edit mapping, JS code in mapping but don't change anything anyway click Save and Return. Do not click Cancel.
In this case your work won't be lost.

thanks Alena,
Just to clarify. My mappings disappeared without me opening anything. these were pages that I haven't touched or edited in months, and hadn't opened anY of the mappings in months. The cancel would only effect trying to correct these issues. I'm nervous to continue working until the problem is solated.

Actually I have to agree with Andrew as well but only had that happen once (late today)

Andrew, Bob, I am admiring you guys ... so patient
Support is capable of great help on building code but on fixing upon bug ... they quickly start discussing"with a deaf ear".
I have the same problem as both of you guys. I have not touched anything for months and suddenly I am running the pages and nothing ... check the mapping ... all vanished ... no links ... no JS code ...
In addition I hv been told when asking for help on that current matter that my googleMap code is not proper when I got it in an Appery tutorial and had been working for months with it.
anyway ... I'll wait for the debugging and fix the rest by myself.
tell me what is your secret
best

Well a proper bug ticket submission is probably due here. It's ridiculous how long it has taken for them to acknowledge the problem. And furthermore, my issue has not anything to do with hitting cancel. It happens when a component or template updates the page that has the mapping, indirectly updating the page.
