This response Does not deal with the Layout Problems...
Yeah, I had problems with my app's layout since yesterday. I thought it was due to a change that I made and ended up spending hours tweaking to no avail.
So, when will this layout problem be fixed?
Any updates on a time frame when this will be fixed please?
Hello! Problem with layout will be fixed next week (most likely on Tuesday, but not sure)
Hi Marina,
Thanks for the update. I think there are several Tiggzi customers that are facing different problems and are puzzled as to what happened, how to fix them and when the problems will be fixed if it's due to the recent Tiggzi update.
In the meantime, these customers (including myself) are unsure as to what will/will not work, so I'm hesitant to invest time building new functionalities, which in turn slows down my development work.
Hence, will you consider publishing a summary list of the existing bugs as well as confirmation once they have been fixed to avoid second guessing?
Thanks.
Nicely Put !!!
Agree
There were two issues. First, there was a problem with service invocation -- that was fixed last week. The second issue is layout - it's already fixed in our dev. environment and will be released this week.
You shouldn't experience any other problems with the Flex builder.
There are a number of bugs in the new builder with regards to service invocation and those also will be fixed this week. That's why any old projects (created before Nov 13) are opening in the old builder for now.
Max, I really appreciate your great customer service but I would like to point out one thing - tiggzi is a production service for many users right now (great service by the way) - NOT A TESTING ENV - this service should be stable and reliable and that's the most important thing
I work on projects for clients using tiggzi and stability along with quick bug fixing are extremly important for me since I have to work on this everyday
You can't provide perfect service for everyone, there is lots of functioanlity that you simply have to say NO to just so you can focus on stability... that''s how it works and recently it seems like you push too hard for more functionality rather than stability (for example buggy html5 builder pushed as primary builder, this could've waited for w while IMHO and low priority on iOS6 support update)
I'll say it again, tiggzi is a great service, I gladly pay for it and I'll keep paying but please slow down on new features
and keep up good work with customer service, it stands out!
Thanks for the detailed information Max.
