Thanks for your information. Unfortunately, the tutorial is based on REST API of PayPal. Is there any tutorial for PayPal integration based on classic API or plugin?

Unfortunately, You should se REST API for work with Paypal only.

We are based out of India. So we cant apply this plug-in?

To create an account, we need an SSN number..which we currently in India do not own.
Hence,we cannot create an account on the site :http://developer.paypal.com/
