If you have trouble trying to upload csv file you can to do upload in google drive and after to download how csv file.

If you have Null values or blanks in fields it does not work. I manage to import my dataset as well but I had to clean the source. Once I replaced NULL fields it works perfectly.Please try to have ,, cols and see what happens.
Can you show us a sample file that doesn't work? If you can link to a file, that would be even better.
