Your application is running both in browser and on device with Android 4.3, with the exception of some stations. Here, for example, the 2nd in the list of radio and "The Holy Assumption Orthodox Church" can not be played. Are you sure that all of these audio streams are actual and current workers?
what i see that the radio started just when we do 2 clicks in the same link.
i tested in 4.2.2

We've tested your app on Android 4.2.2. When I click an image I have to wait about 3 sec until a radio starts playing. I have tested these three radio stations: Φαρος ραδιόφωνο, The Rudder Radio, The Anchor Radio. As I had to wait a bit, I must confess, I wanted to tap again and again. How long do you wait before the second click? Did you try with these stations or others?

There is no functionality out of box to prevent phone from sleep.
But you have options:
Create custom device native code phonegap plugin to do it.
Find ready plugin(may be there is one implemented for this goal).

As Yurii has suggested you, you will need to find such plugin with this functionality.
PhoneGap apps doesn't have functionality to keep stream playing when the device is in sleep mode.
