We have tested, app works on Chrome but there are some JS errors on IE. You should fix this errors. Let us known if you couldn't fix by yourself, we'll help.

Well I am not able to open the app builder in IE, Chrome or Firefox. So I am not able to make any changes that you suggest. The appery.io editor does not load. It is stuck on something. Can you save it and re-import it? Would that fix it without losing work? Any other suggestions?

Try to clear the browser cache.

Yes I have cleared the cache, I tried and turned off plugins that the browser was using like shockwave, I have restarted many times. Nothing. I can open my other projects just fine. We are looking at the same app right?

thank you. Can you try to open the project and save it so that it opens on the Appery Start screen for me? Currently the builder is trying to open one of the app's pages and maybe that is causing the hangup when it loads?

Hello! Please try to make project backup and restore your project using that backup. Let us know about the result.

I've done that and ow that the editor loads the home screen, it works. Maybe the screen on initial load how it was before, which I left as is, was causing it to fail?

I'm really glad it's working! All these issues related to perfomance problem on our side, we're going to improve it in future. For now please try to close all opened screen tabs before you exit the app. It makes app load faster.
